How to be basic and happy?

Maybe it's an uncomfortable question to answer for yourself, there are no rules or lists to follow for basic being to receiving negative situations in your life and be happy; note how many times we get carried away by our emotions and thoughts that control us, giving us an illusion that everything is wrong, and no !! not all bad, just organize, just take the control those emotions and thoughts, and so have the gaze to learn from mistakes and move more and more!

Happiness

My friend, the happiness is made about small things: A small yate, a small mansion, a small car, a small fortune... lol kidding you, just a small things how the smile and happiness of your friends, sharing with your family, walking your dog, being able to breathe and feel good and many things that many do not consider or count as happiness!!

I did not refuse to say hello

Something a little unusual happened yesterday! I went out like any other day to train in the gym ... Being there immediately inoticed that a couple of people kept looking at me while training, so I decided to go talk to them and oh surprise, they turned out to be very good people with whom I finished my training session, and even upon leaving they invited me to cook in the house of one of these people, we had a great time, we had fun, we cooked together, we talked about many things... I would love to have this kind of experience very often, meeting people like that is cool! I recommend you throw them when to greet when someone did not stop looking at them, do not refuse a hello, a smile for another person, perhaps with that detail a great friendship, a new couple or an unforgettable experience can be born as it happened to me that i met new friends.

love has no distance

the love can be felt, of serca or long distances, the love has no limits and borders, as you can want to know if you can love me from far away from the page so I hope to meet you soon
